Once again some hot-shot producer or script writer thinks he's better than the original writer. That's one thing I like about Neil Gaiman; he often times is directly involved in writing/working with adaptations of his works to the screen. It should be a law that the original writer should have at least 80% yes/no approval over their work.
I guess this shows in Hollywood: Those who can do, Those who cannot, direct Those who cannot direct, critique Those who cannot critique, become script writers.
