That is too bad since Lawless has the height, build and frankly the training for the stunt work need to do part. Not to mention Alex Ross often has said he's patterned his Wonder Woman on her. I mean if Samuel Jackson gets to play Nick Fury, Lawless should get her part.

Besides, while Wonder Woman is supposedly drop dead gorgeous, I always liked how Alex Ross's Wonder Woman also reminded you that she was a Amazon and probably knew about 30 ways to kill you with smile.

Of course, comic history aside, I guess it's too much to ask that they actually get a GREEK to play Wonder Woman. I mean a blond Juan Rico was enough outrage for the last 20 years.

Alex Ross's Wonder Woman (I take it we are speaking of Kingdom Come) is clearly an older chubbier version of the Princess. I never had a thing for Lucy Lawless...which is strange because normally I'm attracted to butt kicking brunettes.

I think you are mistaking muscle for chubb. I like Ross's Kingdom Come WW for the same reason I like John Byrne's She-Hulk. They can buff them up but still make them look good.

One problem I've had with most artists take on Power Girl is that they seem to draw a female body-builder and then just add big breasts to the mix. It looks fake and grotesque.

More entertaining than the hot chicks in most of these? The guys staring at the hot chicks.

Yeah as I went through them all some were merely novel and not necissarily hotties, but still fun seeing them dolled up like Diana Prince.

I fear I might be one of those guys akwardly mugging as I'm having my picture taken with spandex clad snoobs.

In an old What If? that was an all silly issue, with mostly small panel gags, they had one that asked, "What if Power Man was a girl and Wonder Man was a woman?" They had femal version of the same with a drawing of a sticky note saying, 'We advise you against this, strongly. Your Distinguished Competitors"

Personally I like the all white panel: What if Moon Knight faught the Windego in a snowstorm.

But they stole the white drawing joke from that old Sesame Street sketch where Ernie tells Bert that a white sheet of paper is a picture of a cow eating grass-- After the grass was all eaten and the cow went home.

Or maybe they stole it from Robert Ryman. I forget.

Well in the screwy What If? the costume they used what Wonderman's original green outfit that he had when he was "brought" back from the dead prior to his red turtle-neck jacket.
